AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND My HAVE FUN FAMILY FORUM & MESSAGE BOARD

My HAVE FUN Americas Family Internet Portal is made up of various Websites and Website pages operated by Technology Based Consulting - Internet Technologies or its affiliates (collectively, the " My HAVE FUN Websites").

The My HAVE FUN Websites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the My HAVE FUN Websites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

A message to potential My HAVE FUN Forum & Message Board abusers: YOU ARE NOT ANONYMOUS, we maintain a database of all IP addresses associated with these boards. Even if your IP address changes constantly, the time stamp is all we need to identify you. If criminal activity is involved, your Internet Service Provider must cooperate in your identification. My HAVE FUN reserves the right to disable any user for any reason, some of which are listed here. This is not a complete list, but it does point out the most common abuses.

(1) Profanity; gender, sexual-preference, religious, ethnic slurs; or unwelcome overtures of any kind to others will not be tolerated.

(2) Harassing other users, including impersonation of other users will not be tolerated. Handles, and/or names that impersonate will be blocked.

(3) Discussing obscene topics or harassing others in a public forum, as defined, is prohibited.

(4) Posting adult or pornographic pictures in any public forum, in the United States, is prohibited.

(5) Abuse of HTML, including but not limited to: repeatedly posting very long messages, leaving tags open (such as blink tags, color tags) so that text is unreadable to other users, or any malicious hacking that makes it difficult to read the screen, is not acceptable.

(6) Masking or hiding your IP address is not allowed. We repeat: YOU ARE NOT ANONYMOUS, we maintain a database of all IP addresses associated with these boards. Even if your IP address changes constantly, the time stamp is all we need to identify you. If criminal activity is involved, your Internet Service Provider must cooperate in your identification.

(7) Persons aged 18 years and over are permitted to post on any topic in the My HAVE FUN Forum & Message Board.

(8) Soliciting of any kind is prohibited.

(9) In these Rules (and Terms): "public forum" means any area that a person is permitted to access the posting or displaying of any material in any Public Messages; or unsolicited material or displaying in any Private Messages area, under the care and/or control of My HAVE FUN; "material" means text coding; Hyper text markup language (HTML), whatever, version or type; images of any type; Java coding; JavaScript; and Universal Reference Location (URLs), whether the use of which is permitted or not by My HAVE FUN!

**Be aware of these rules. By using the My HAVE FUN Forum & Message Board, you essentially agree to follow them. My HAVE FUN may BLOCK you and your IP at any time for any reason. Once you are BLOCKED, you may not engage in any posting activities on these boards, in any manner for any reason, without the express AND written consent of the My HAVE FUN Administrator. If you assist in enabling a BLOCKED user to access the My HAVE FUN Forum & Message Board using your account, name, IP, etc., your IP, etc. will be also BLOCKED!
