My HAVE FUN, nor our access providers are responsible for the content of these chat rooms. That responsibility lies solely with the people using the rooms since they are the ones creating the content. The opinions and views expressed in these chat rooms do not necessarily reflect those of My HAVE FUN, or its access providers. For your safety, please use your own sense of inner wisdom and judgment in sharing and relating any personal information.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a temporary or permanent banned.

Unacceptable Language and Behavior

While we honor freedom of speech, certain language and behavior will not be tolerated. We do not allow comments or names that could be considered slanderous, defamatory, false, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing, or in violation of the law. This includes "handles" and "nicknames".

Threats against user's, Monitors or our server by any means or in any manner will not be tolerated.

The solicitation for and/or "CyberSex" expressed or implied will not be tolerated.

Posting of URL's that link to an obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, or abusive Website will not be tolerated.

Profanity expressed or implied will not be tolerated.

Flooding [ repeated unnecessary posts ] will not be tolerated.

The excessive use of large font sizes [ other than default typing font ] will be grounds for warning, and possibly banning. The large font sizes are not necessary, and crowd up the room. An occasional post is acceptable, but chatters should not chat with these large sizes.

Personal Disparagement (Flaming)

Personal disparagement or "Flaming" (insulting another participant's intellect, physical appearance, etc.), slander, or any other form of direct or indirect personal attack is unacceptable behavior and will result in either a warning, and possibly temporary or permanent banned.

Chat with Minors

Any adult that is knowingly conversing with a minor in a sexual or empowering way will be banned.

False Representation

Any participant who falsely represents themselves as a monitor will be banned.

Any chatter who enters a room with a name the same as, or very similar to that of a known Monitor will be asked to change the name. If you fail to change it, you will be immediately banned.

Enforcement of Rules and Regulations

My HAVE FUN reserves the right to ban individual users or entire domains from using this service for any reason.

A number of individuals have volunteered their time to monitor the all chat rooms to enforce these Rules and Regulations. Please respect these people.

The system administrator and our Monitors have the ability to ban individual machines -or- entire domains from accessing our Web chat service.

If you are banned, and you return immediately, you may be banned upon re-entry. Just because you know a way around our ban doesn't give you the right to re-enter the room and continue your actions.

Repeat offenders or users found to be extremely abusive of our system or our users will be subject to PERMANENT BAN and a request will be sent to their Internet Provider(s) to suspend their internet account(s).

Disruption of Server/Rooms

Threats against the server or Monitors will not be tolerated.

Intentional disruption of a room and/or server by any means will not be tolerated.
